The visit can be conducted either on platforms recommended by SEMCO GROUP or on platforms selected by our Customers.

Our remote inspections are designed to provide you with the same level of technical expertise and intuition in a safe, flexible and efficient way. Thanks to the ability to transmit high-quality data by means of intelligent cameras, mobile technology or drones, real-time collaboration is now possible, wherever and whenever you need it.

How does it work?
Thanks to smarter, safer and more sustainable solutions, our remote inspections can be delivered in a variety of ways:

• Managed by the Customer: Our experienced technician will guide you through the process while you use the equipment, and we will make sure you have everything you need for the inspection.
• Live broadcast: Our expert technician will broadcast the inspection “live” to all the interested parties in your organisation. The people involved can then act and interact during our inspection, while keeping travel costs to a minimum.
